Lakme Enrich Satin Lipstick N-651 😃💄

              I know, I know... I'm late in this review of Lakme Enrich Satin lipstick N 651. This lipstick has been in the talks for the past few months & I wanted to review it since then. And finally, the review is here..
So is it worth the hype & price??  Without wasting much time, let's find out.. 😉😃

EXPIRY DATE - 24 Months from the date of manufacturing.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION - Steal the show with an intense, vibrant pout. The added goodness of olive oil and vitamin E, helps keep your lips feeling satin smooth.

                                                   

MY EXPERIENCE WITH THIS PRODUCT -

PACKAGING :- There is nothing special about this packaging. It's good & travel friendly. 😃

TEXTURE & FINISH :- Ok, lemme put this straight galz... this lippie is like a lip balm only. It is very light & moisturizing on the lips (u don't need a lip balm beneath coz it's already like a lip balm 😜) & as the name suggests, it does give a "satin" finish. Overall, I like the texture & finish of this lipstick, no lip balm, no lipstick!!! 😜. But mind you, the moisturizing effect goes away after 1-2 hours & then the lips become slightly dry.

SHADE :- Ok, now let me be honest with you here guys... I have been expecting a lot from this lippie as I saw many good reviews about this. I even read some where that this lipstick changes its color according to the pH of your skin 😒. 

                                                   

                                           

     

                                         
The lipstick in the bullet looks bright orange as in the picture above. But​ when I apply it, it gives a veryyyyyy light coral-pink tint to my lips, and that too only after 4,5 swipes. May be that's coz I have pigmented lips 😟. (I'm NC 40 by the way). I think this shade tint will suit only fair skin beauties & medium skin beauties who doesn't have pigmented lips. 

But still guys... 😟
I honestly think that, a tinted lip balm would have done the job better 😐. There are so many good tinted lip balms out there in the market, at a lesser price which does a better job than this lipstick..
Also, I didn't experience any change in color, even though I had gone through a 1000 moods on the day I wore it. 😝😜

                                                

STAYING POWER :- It stayed on me for 2-3 hours without any food/drink. After that, it fades away evenly, which is a good thing. 😃👍

👍PROS :-

• Cheap.

• Travel friendly packaging.

• Can be worn by people who want  only a slight coral/pink tint of color to their lips.

• Fades evenly.

• Can be the MLBB shade for fair skin beauties & for medium skin beauties who doesn't have pigmented lips.

👎CONS :-

• No ingredient list.

• Like a lip balm only.

• Poor staying power.

• Color will show up only after 4-5 swipes.

• Color won't suit dark skin beauties & beauties with pigmented lips.

• Dries lips after an hour or so.

• Not worth the money.

OVERALL VERDICT :-

Ok, Im gonna be brutally honest here. I truly regret buying this shade from Lakme Enrich Satin Range 😔 & I would not recommend this lipstick shade to anyone out there. Coz as I told you already, this won't suit pigmented lips & dark skin beauties. And for fair skin beauties & for beauties who doesn't have pigmented lips, there are loads of good tinted lip balms out there in market @ a much cheaper price.
But I would recommend you guys to try out other shades from this range as this is actually a good range. I have problem only with this particular shade. 😕

So, now comes the big Question -

                                IS IT "PRETTY THINGS WORLD" APPROVED?

                                        😃😃😃😃😃😃😃😃😃😃😃  HELL NO!!! NOT AT ALL!!! 😐👎

I would give this a 2/5 rating & I would not recommend this to anyone out there as u guys can buy good tinted lip balms at a lesser price than this lippie. (This lippie is more or less equal to a lip balm only 😒).

Review of Neutrogena Dry Touch Sunblock SPF 50+ ! 🌞😎

Summer is here 🌞 & lemme tell you guys, I HATE INDIAN SUMMERS!!! 😐
But wat to do... we have to deal with it 😕.
So I thought of doing a review on a summer essential product, & obviously the first thing which comes to your mind wen u hear the word "summer essential" is - SUNSCREEN !!! 

So without wasting much time, let's dive into the review... 😃

                                             

PRICE - Rs.499 for 88ml &
               Rs.199 for 30ml

EXPIRY DATE - 2 years from the date of manufacturing.

                                                          

CLAIMS -

▪️ Waterproof,  sweatproof, resists rub off.

▪️ Non comedogenic (won't clog pores).

▪️ Oil free & PABA free.

DIRECTIONS - Apply liberally on body 15-30 mts before sun exposure. Re-apply frequently to maintain protection, especially after sweating, swimming, towel drying or extended sun exposure.

PACKAGING - It comes in a tube packaging with a wide nozzle & a cap. The cap closes over the nozzle tightly which makes this travel very friendly. 

COLOR - milky white.

MY EXPERIENCE WITH THIS PRODUCT:-

When you open the cap & squeeze the tube, the nozzle disperses the sunscreen smoothly. It has a nice subtle smell, (which I like 😊), & it disappears after some time. It looks white when you first apply it on the skin. But once you start blending, the sunscreen blends like butter and disappears into the skin with out leaving any white cast.

The best part of this sunscreen is that, it gives a matte finish, without drying out the skin. So dry skin beauties can use this.😃

It looks heavy, but is veryyy light weight & not atall greasy/sticky. So oily skin beauties can also use this. 😃

Another thing which I loveeee about this sunscreen is that, it doesn't move my make up, (which I had experienced with a lot of other sunscreens 😒). 

I moisturized my face, applied this sunscreen & waited for 5-10mts to allow it to get fully absorbed into the skin & then did my make up & my make up didn't move/become patchy atall.. Yaee!😃🎉

I have been using this for past 1 month & it has definitely reduced the tan which I already had. It didn't break me out & I have also noticed that, Im not getting tanned as much as before since I started using this. 

PROS:-

↪ Very light weight.

↪ Blends like butter.
↪ No white cast.
↪ Make up friendly.😍
↪ Non sticky/non greasy.
↪ Matte finish.
↪ Doesn't dry out the skin.
↪ No break outs.
↪ Both dry & oily skin beauties can  use this.

Can't think of any.. 🙆
May be the price...😕 (But lemme tell u guyz, it's definitely worth every penny..)😊

Overall Verdict:-

This has become my HG Sunscreen now, as this is the best sunscreen I've used till now without doubt. 😇

I would give this a 4.9/5 rating (-0.1 for the price😊) & wud definitely recommend this to all the oily, normal & dry skin beauties out there who can afford this.

Review on Himalaya Herbals Moisturizing Aloe Vera Face Wash.

Today I'm going to review... Oh come on, you guys already know it from the title.. 邏 Yes,it's the Himalaya Herbals Moisturizing Aloe Vera Face Wash! 

I was looking for a good face wash that doesn't dry out my skin & I stumbled upon this. Now,
Does it live up to its claim?
Is it worth the money?
Is this the best moisturizing face wash in the market right now? & most importantly,
Is it 'Pretty Things' approved? 

To get answers to all these questions, please keep on reading. 

Price & Quantity- Rs.110 for 100 ml (I got this at a discounted price.)  &
                              Rs.60 for 50 ml.(But you can always get this product at gud discounts online.)

Product Description - A soap free herbal formulation enriched with natural vitamin E that gently cleanses & moisturizes. Unlike soap, your face will not feel dry & stretched. Cucumber cools & soothes, & Aloe vera tones & softens your skin. Use regularly for clean, fresh & glowing soft skin.
                                                     
                                                         

Directions - Moisten face and neck; apply a small amount of Moisturizing Aloe Vera Face Wash & gently work up a lather using circular motion.Wash off & pat dry. Use twice daily.

My Experience with this product -

About the packaging, this comes in a tube with cap, which I feel is very convenient, hygienic & neat. The cap shuts tight, which makes this travel friendly.

The face wash is of a beautiful, fresh light green color.
                                                   

It has a subtle, artificial, beauty cream's like smell (if u know wat I mean...珞). But since the smell is very subtle, it doesn't bother me. Wat bothers me is that, it doesn't lather at all . And hence I end up taking more product than wats actually needed. It does give a cooling sensation after washing.
The good thing is, it didn't make my skin dry after washing, but mind you, it didn't hydrate either. But it does make my skin clean & soft. So I kind of like this face wash.

PROS -
●Cheap for the quantity
●Sturdy packaging
●Travel friendly
●Good for dry skin ppl as this doesn't further dry out your skin
●Leaves skin clean & soft

CONS -
● Doesn't lather, so end up using more product.

● Doesn't provide any extra moisturization.

Overall Verdict :-
This is a decent, good face wash for dry skin beauties. I wouldn't say this is a great one, as there are plenty of better moisturizing face washes in the market out there. But it's definitely good for its price. And it does a decent job in not drying out the skin.

So,
IS IT "PRETTY THINGS" APPROVED?
             YES, FOR THE PRICE. ☺

I wud give this a 3.9/5 rating & wud recommend this to all the dry skin beauties out there, who are on a budget.
