New PAC MATTE EYESHADOW PALETTE 👍 or 👎? 🤔???

Hello Frnds,

If u hav been following me fr a while, u'll knw dat I'm an eyeshadow addict 😬🤗!! Especially, matte eyeshadows.. 

Wen evr I see a matte eyeshadow palette, I'm automatically drawn towards it 😬!

So wen PAC launched their new set of products, I saw d gorgeous matte eyeshadow palette among them & of course, I had to get it!!! 

So here I'm..  all set to review! So, with out wasting much time, let's jump into the review..

Price - Rs.1395/- (which is wayyyy too expensive fr just 9 shades..😥).

Quantity - 9 grams.

Expiry Date - 3yrs frm the date of manufacturing.

I really like the outer carton. It's very colourful in the front & at the bak, u cn see the ingredients, expiry date &

           

             
                    

Wen u open it up, u can see a black inner carton inside of which the palette is present.

               

                    

The palette has got a pretty strong magnetic closure mechanism. But no mirror 😔! ( Come on PAC, Rs.1395/- & no mirror??)

The palette closes tightly n all, but since it doesn't have a mirror, I wudnt say it's travel friendly..

Texture -

All of them r buttery soft & smooth. They blend like a dream & has very less fall outs.

Pigmentation -

Pigmentation is A-M-A-Z-I-N-G guys.. They r highly, highly pigmented fr a matte eyeshadow palette.

Finish - Matte.

Shades -

This palette has a mixture of both cool toned & warm toned browns..

               

               
             
               

               

               

               
Shades 1 & 4 doesnt show up much on my skin as it is almost similar to my skin tone.

Staying Power - 

They stayed on my eyelid for abt 8-9 hrs with an eye primer.

Pros :-

1) Amazing Pigmentation.

2) Blends like butter.

3) Very smooth, creamy texture.
4) Good staying power.

5) Has got grt transition shades.

6) Gud to create a natural eye luk.

Cons :-

1) Expensive.

2) No mirror.

3) No black shade.

4) Some shades may not show up   on     medium - darker skin tones.

Overall Verdict -

Honestly, I'm not happy with this palette. I'm not saying this is a bad one. But I think I liked the previous matte palette more.. May b coz it had a gorgeous matte black & a beautiful warm orange..

Nykaa Sketch Eyeliner - Get Winked Review & Swatches.

Hi Frnds,

Today I'm really excited to share with you all my thoughts on the sketch eyeliner from Nykaa - Get winked! (Ooooh.. I really like the name 😍.)
So without further ado, let's dive into the review... 

Price - Rs.450/-

Quantity - 1ml.

Expiry Date - 3yrs frm the date of manufacturing.

Packaging -

I'm extremely sorry guys.. but my mom threw away the carton thinking I don't need it.. 😔 But still, I will try my best to explain the packaging...

The outer carton is of nykaa's typical pink packaging & it has all the description & details written at different sides of the carton. 

At the top, the shade name "Black Swan 01" is written.

Wen u open it up, u get the sketch eyeliner pen which is very shiny n sleek in design. It is very light weight & the cap closes tightly which makes it travel friendly..
                         

Near tip, where v usually hold the pen, a little area is made wid a rubber kind of grippy material to provide grip & IT DOES give a good grip! 👍🏻😃
                     

       

Texture & Formula - The texture & formula is pretty decent for the price. It has that light weight liquid kind of formula, which I personally like! 

Pigmentation -
                     

                    1 Swipe guys.. 😱

It is JET BLACK in just 1 swipe guys!!! For me, till nw, my L'Oreal Gel liner in the shade 'Profound Black' ws the darkest... But this black is one step more black than the L'Oreal one. I know that a gel liner & sketch liner can't b compared.. but this is just to make u guys understand the depth & intensity of the Black shade as well as the pigmentation of nykaa liner..
I hav included a picture of both swatches side by side, so that u guys cn see wat I'm taking about!

Eyeliner Pen Tip -
                     

Ok, I knw this heading may sound add, bt since there r 2 varients in this (pointed felt tip & angled wing tip), I had to make a seperate heading for it. The angled wing tip, which v r talking abt, is indeed great for creating that perfect wing! But, if u r not gud with angled eyeliner brush tips, then pls, pls DON'T go fr this. U cn choose the felt tip one. Bt if u r som1 who is really gud wid angled eyeliner brushes, then this is going to b ur 'Best Friend'!!! 😃✌🏻

Staying Power - I'm impressed with the stayin power guys.. It stayed on me easily for 8 hours (I have dry skin), after which I removed it completely with ease using a micellar water for non waterproof makeup!

Smudge Proof - Once u apply it, it takes a few minutes to set. Once it's set, it is Smudge Proof!

Water Proof - NO

Sweat Proof - NO. So if u r som1 who sweats a lot, I wud advice u to use an eyeshadow primer b4 putting on this eyeliner.
                 
Pros :-

1) 2 eyeliner tips to choose from.

2) The rubbery grip provides gud              control over the pen to draw.

3) Highly highly pigmented ( just1            swipe is more than enuf! ).

4) Very very intense black color.

5) Glides like butter, if used correctly.

6) Angled wing tip creates d
    'Perfect Wing' as the brand claims.

7) Awesome Staying Power.

8) Smudge Proof once it's set.

9) Travel friendly packaging.

Cons :-

1) NOT WATER PROOF.

2) NOT SWEAT PROOF.


Overall Verdict -

I really like this one. Ever since I got this, I see myself reaching out fr this more than my L'Oreal Gel Liner.
So I wud definitely recommend this, as it is definitely worth the money; but make sure u choose the tip u r comfortable & more experienced with! 

I wud give this a 4.5/5 rating & YES, with out even asking our most important question 😂,
