Yes guys... I know it may sound weird, but I have been using washitapes a lottt this May 😬 . I have been sticking them in my phone charger, purse, note book, fridge etc. They are so cheap, but don't underestimate it guys.. they can change the entire look of a product lyk magic! 😃

I have heard sooo much about this  Blue Heaven Non Transfer Lip Color dat I had to buy it! And I got myself 2 among this range :- 06 -Punk Maroon (awww.... I just love the name 😍) & 03 - Raspberry Love 😘.

Today my review is going to be about Punk Maroon.

HOW TO USE -

• First, apply the lip colour on the upper lip & glide from one end of the lips to other.

• Then move towards lower lip & glide from one end of the lips to other.

• Smooth out the corners of the lips well.

TIPS -

• Always remove make up before going to bed.

• Use a lip liner in the same shade to outline your lips and for defined look as well.

(Both tips they have given are indeed, very true! 😇)

MY EXPERIENCE WITH THIS PRODUCT -

As you can see from the picture above, it comes in this standard "lip balm" kind of package, & at the back, all the information about​ this product is clearly mentioned 😃👍. The thick paper part behind can be slid up & the product can be taken out 👇

               
                 

               

                 

As you can see from the picture above, the product comes in this Lipstick like body & cap, which makes you wonder whether this is a Lipstick or Liquid lipstick 😁! You will think initially that the bullet of the Lipstick/Liquid lipstick (you will be confused by the time 😵😁) is what you are seeing through the transparent cap.
But.. Surprise 🤗!!!
Here is what it actually is 😃👇

                  

TEXTURE & FORMULA - 

It's very creamy & soft & smooth 😍. It glides like butter on the lips. Application is smooth & non streaky, even with 2 coats!!! Yup! 😃 (but actually one coat is more than enough. I was testing it for the review🤗). Once applied, it dries completely in just 20-30 seconds & after that it is set. The formula is nondrying & super light weight, which I like. It doesn't feel like you are wearing any thing on your lips atall 😃.

PIGMENTATION -

The Pigmentation is A-M-A-Z-I-N-G guys.. I hv pigmented lips😔. It covers my entire lip's pigmentation & gives off completely opaque finish in just 1 swipe 😱💋👇

FINISH - Matte

SHADE PUNK MAROON - 

Its a gorgeous mauve-pink shade. This shade will suit fair to medium complexions the most. I don't think this shade would suit dark skinned beauties.

                 

STAYING POWER - 

Now, listen guys, the staying power is C-R-A-Z-Y!!! By 'crazy', I actually mean CRAZY! It stays on like.. For ever!!! 😱😱😱.
It stayed on my lips for 8 hours without heavy meals (after that I cudnt test coz I really got hungry & ate 😂) & 5-6 hours with snacks & tea in between. At the end of the day, I cud remove it only with a make up remover. For the staying power I wud give this a 10/10. 😃👍👏

TRANSFER PROOF? - YES!!!

SMUDGE PROOF? - YES!!!

WATER PROOF? - YES!!!

👍 PROS :-

👎 CONS :-

• The only con I can think of is the shade range 😐. They could have introduced more shades for dusky & dark skinned beauties.

Overall Verdict :- 

This is an AMAZING lip colour range from Blue Heaven. Im really impressed. The shade Punk Maroon is a gorgeous shade. For this price, I think this is a steal 😃. But for dark skinned beauties, I wudnt recommend this particular shade. You guys can check out other shades from this range 😃.

So, time for the big Question -

IS THIS PRODUCT APPROVED TO THE WORLD OF PRETTY THINGS???😉😜

I would give this a 4.5/5 rating & wud definitely recommend this range to all of you. But I wud recommend this 'Punk Maroon' shade for fair to medium skin beauties only.

MY EXPERIENCE WITH THIS PRODUCT -

PACKAGING -  

                                                       

It comes in this cute crayon like form (obviously... Wat am  I saying... hehe.. 😬), with a black cap as you can see from the picture above.
Its not twistable type  & hence we have to sharpen it, which leads to product wastage 🙁.


                                       

Bt of course, they are providing a 2 in 1 sharpener free with this as you can see from the picture above, which really does a good job 😃. It has a small stick in the middle, with which we can scrape off the excess & clean the sharpener.

The whole crayon (with the cap) is only 9.5cms in length and 4 cms in breadth (Yes, I actually measured it 😆😄).

The cap closes tightly & bcoz of its small size, this is very travel friendly. You can even carry it in a small clutch 😃👛👍.

                                       

TEXTURE & FORMULA - The texture is soft & smooth to apply. It doesn't dry out your lips as it's not completely matte. It is non drying and very light weight & hence super comfortable on the lips. 😚

PIGMENTATION - Both Berry Red &  Mauve Magic are highly pigmented. More specifically, the pigmentation is pretty good for the price🤑. It gives off opaque finish in 2-3 swipes. 😃

FINISH - Even though Lakme claims it to be matte finish, it's not completely matte. It's more of a semi matte/ creamy matte finish, which I like. 🤗😃

SHADES -

I have the shades 01 Berry Red & 

04 Mauve Magic. 😃😍

01 - Berry Red is a beautiful True Red shade with slight bluish, which will suit all skin tones.😃

                                             

                                                      02 - MAUVE MAGIC

04 - Mauve Magic is a gorgeous Mauve shade with pink in it.This​ is also a universally flattering shade.😃

STAYING POWER - 

4-5 hours without food/drink (Yup! I tested that guys.. 😬🙃) &
2-3 hours with meals. After that, it fades off evenly, leaving a slight tint on my lips which​ I love!🤗

WATER PROOF - No!

SMUDGE PROOF - No!

TRANSFER PROOF - Nope. But I have to say this guys.. it transfers only a little, not a lot. ☺

👍PROS -

- Cheap (worth the cost)

- Cute  & Small, hence easy to carry.

- Travel friendly

- Sharpener provided 😃👍

- Nice shade range (there are    shades for all skin tones)👍😃

- Light weight

- Soft & creamy texture

- Superb Pigmentation

- Semi matte finish (which can be a pro for some & con for some 🙃)

- Decent staying power

- Fades off from lips evenly leaving a beautiful tint behind

- Easily removable

👎CONS -

- Sharpening leads to product wastage

- Staying power could have been better (but we really can't ask that for Rs.185 guys.. 🤗)

OVERALL VERDICT:-

I'm in loveee with these cute crayons guys.. 😍

Ever since I got these, I've been wearing this non stop. It's like I'm kinda obsessed! 😱

This is another awesome, affordable range from Lakme ! ( Thank You Lakme 🙏🙆).

I would definitely recommend this to all of you guys as this is totally worth the money & Trust me guys, you won't regret buying this. 😃

So, now comes the question to which u guys already know the answer 😜😉

Now, I believe that "Eyes" of a person speak a lottt 😍 & hence I love eye makeup & especially Eyeshadows..🤗

Today I'm going to review the eyeshadow no - 605 from Blue Heaven Eye Magic Instant Eye Shadow collection. The reason I decided to review this particular product is mainly because of its 'Price'! It's unbelievably cheap guys..!!! 😱😱😱

So I thought it will be really helpful for college going girls & for those who are on a budget, if do a review on this product.

So without further ado, let's jump into the review!!!☺

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION &
CLAIMS -
Blue Heaven Instant Eye Shadow's high intensity creamy formula gives your eyes an extra smooth & adhering defined finish. The radiant color & shimmers shape & highlight your eyes & provide a very glamorous look. Specially blended colors are very much suitable for Indian ladies & girls.

STYLE TIPS - Skillfully applied eye shadow can enhance your eyes by making them appear larger & brighter. Apply​ the eye shadow lightly and finish with one coat of mascara.

KEY INGREDIENTS -

              

SHADES RANGE - 601, 602, 603, 604, 605 & 606.

                   
MY EXPERIENCE WITH THE PRODUCT -

PACKAGING -  

                

As you can see from the picture above, it comes in this black cardboard packaging that has a small round transparent area in the front through which you can see the shades inside.

          

The small palette inside also comes with transparent plastic top as you can see from the picture above. The cap is very sturdy & it closes with a click sound. It doesn't come with a mirror 😞 (but at this price, we can't ask for that 😬). Other than the mirror part, it's travel friendly. You can easily carry it in ur bag without the fear of fall out. 

They have provided an applicator also along with this,which is absolutely useless (as usual... 😒🙄)

Overall, I think the packaging is worth Rs.125.☺

COLORS -

             

Shade 1 - Shimmery Rose gold shade, which is one of my favourite.

Shade 2 - Shimmery Violet shade.

Shade 3 - Shimmery light greenish-golden shade.

Shade 4 - Shimmery Mauve shade, which is my another favourite ​from this palette.

TEXTURE - All 4 eyeshadows are shimmery & are of smooth, velvety texture.

PIGMENTATION -

It's the same for all 4 eyeshadows.
Pigmentation is extremely poor with 1 swipe. But with 3,4 swipes the Pigmentation is decent. But if you wet the eye brush & then pick up the product and apply, pigmentation is far better! 😅

STAYING POWER -

Extremely Poor (1-2 hours) with out a primer &
Decently stays (3-4 hours) with a primer & good base.

Now, l have oily eye lids guys.. So you cant blame the product entirely for its average staying power 😬.

👍PROS -

- Cheap. (I think this is one of the          cheapest palettes available in India    right now.☺)

- Travel friendly.

- Decently pigmented with primer &     good base.

- Shade selection is good.

👎CONS -

- No Mirror.

- Applicator provided is useless.

- Pigmentation with out primer & a    good base, is very poor.

- No matte shade.

- No black shade in the palette.

OVERALL VERDICT :-

This is a good palette for beginners & for those who are on a budget, as this is TOTALLY WORTH THE MONEY.👍

But if you are good with eye makeup or if you are willing to spend a little more, then you can definitely get much better palettes.☺

So, now comes the BIGGG question...

Is this palette approved by the "WORLD OF PRETTY THINGS"??? 😜

Hmmm... I guess you guys already know the answer..

Yes! coz this palette is definitely worth Rs.125/- ☺🎉🎈

I would give this a 3.5/5 rating & wud definitely recommend this to all eye make up beginners, and to those who are on a budget. ☺

Maybelline Lasting Drama Gel Pencil VS Lakme Eyeconic Kajal !!! 👁😃

Now, as we all know, any make up look is incomplete without a good kajal. What??? W8 a minute... hmmmm.. Actually even without make up, any look is incomplete without a kajal. Yes!!! You & Me, we both know the power of a kajal 💪.

And dats exactly why I decided to do a comparison review of the new Maybelline Lasting Drama Waterproof Gel Pencil in the shade Glazed Toffee & the not so new 😜 Lakme Eyeconic Kajal in the shade Brown.

Now, u guys may be wondering why am I reviewing the brown shades. Honestly guys, I'm bored of wearing black ones 🙄. Brown Kajals are way more subtle & soft, and can still give a lottt of definition to the eyes... & dats exactly why I love them! 🤗

HOW TO APPLY -

Maybelline Gel Pencil -

➤Apply the lasting drama gel along upper lash line.

➤For added drama, line lower lash line. 

Lakme Eyeconic - 

➤On the upper lid, draw a neat stroke, starting from inner corner of the eye & extending outwards.

➤Repeat on lower lid.

(Come on Maybelline & Lakme , we all know how to apply kajal/eye pencil..🙄 Tell us something new... 😐)

Any ways, let's see 

MY EXPERIENCE WITH THESE 2 PRODUCTS -

PACKAGING -

                           

                                                            

Maybelline -  As you can see from the picture above, it comes in this thick simple outer packaging, just like any other kajal/eyepencil. The pencil's body has got the color of the gel eyeliner, which makes it quite easy to distinguish gel pencil if u own more than one. It is not a twisting type pencil & hence you have to sharpen it. (But it doesn't come with a sharpner 😔). It comes with a thick, transparent outer cap which is quite sturdy, and this makes it very much travel friendly.

                           

                     

Lakme - This also comes in a thick usual eye pencil packaging & u have to tear along the dotted line behind & take the product out. The pencil's body and cap is black in color (except for the white one), and the shade name is written at the bottom of the pencil as u can see in the picture below..


                                                             

This definitely makes it difficult to distinguish the shades if you have more than one like I do. But the best part is, its twisting type & so there is no need of sharpening & hence no product wastage at all 😃👍. The cap is quite sturdy, and hence this is also  travel friendly.

Overall, the main difference btwn the two in the Packaging part is that, the Maybelline one has got color coding, while the Lakme one doesn't have.

But the Lakme one is of twisting type & hence no product wastage while the other one has to be sharpened & so lots of product wastage. 😕

SHADE & PIGMENTATION - 

Maybelline Gel Pencil (Glazed Toffee) - 

As the name suggests, its a very natural, dark toffee shade. Its highly pigmented & trust me guys, just 2 swipes is more than enuf!🙆

This doesn't have any shimmer and this can be used to create smokey eye too as it gives off a satiny finish.

Lakme Eyeconic Pencil (Brown) - 

Its a matte dark chocolate brown color. Its decently pigmented and 3-4 swipes gives the maximum color pay off. This also doesn't have any shimmer. But this can't be used in smokey eye as it will be difficult to blend since its a little thicker in consistency than the maybelline one.

TEXTURE & QUALITY - 

Maybelline Gel Pencil -  I'm in luv with the texture of this one as this is smooth, creamy & silky. Its glides in the upper lash line & water line like butter 😍. Its veryyy easy to draw & doesn't irritate the eyes at all. It doesn't have any shimmer & gives off a velvety, satin finish.

Lakme Eyeconic Pencil - Its soft & creamy, but not as much as the maybelline one. It also glides in the eye smoothly, but again... not as much as the maybelline one. It doesn't irritate my eyes & gives off a matte finish. 😃

STAYING POWER - 

Maybelline Gel Pencil - It stayed easily without smudging for 7-8 hours in my eyes (even though i have watery eyes..). They claim it will last for 16 hours, bt come on guyz, who is gonna wear make up for dat long?? 😄

It didn't come off with water. But then I used an oil based make up remover & it came off easily.😃

Lakme Eyeconic Pencil - It stayed on my eyes for about 4-5 hours, after which it started to smudge from the outer corner of my eyes. They claim it will last for 10 hours, bt again... come on guyz, I don't wear make up for dat long.. 😆

This one also didn't come off with water, but I cud smudge it easily. I used the oil based make up remover & it came off easily.😃

- Decently pigmented.

- Waterproof, Transfer proof, Smudge proof.

- 4-5hours of staying power in waterline.

- Doesn't irritate the eyes.

👎CONS - 

Maybelline Gel Pencil -

- Expensive.

- Sharpening the pencil leads to product wastage.

- No sharpener provided with the pencil.

Lakme Eyeconic Pencil -

- Packaging is not Color coded.

- Can't be used as an eyeshadow.

- 10 hour claim not true.

OVERALL VERDICT :- 

Honestly, I like both the eye pencils. But if you ask me to pick one, I'll pick the Maybelline Gel Pencil.

I wud give Maybelline Gel Pencil a 4.8/5 rating & for the Lakme Eyeconic Kajal, I wud give a 
4.2/5 rating.

The major difference between the two lies in the Quality & Cost.

Maybelline has better quality, & hence more pricey.💁

But if you are on a budget, then you can definitely go with the Lakme Eyeconic one. It is good & definitely worth the money. 

But... lets face it guys....  Maybelline wins the battle. 😃👍
